Level Up Property Group is a family-owned landscaping and property maintenance company serving the Northland area. This page explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, and who else may see it. It is not a cookie banner. The public site does not run advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Information you send us
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, service interest, and a description of the work. We use that information to return an estimate and to follow up about scheduling. A hidden “company” field is a spam trap; humans should leave it blank. If you call or email instead, we keep whatever you chose to share so we can do the job.
We do not sell mailing lists. We do not use quote details for unrelated marketing. If you want a record removed, email levelup.nitsche@gmail.com or call 816-972-0248.
Quote form delivery
Public quote requests are emailed to Level Up through FormSubmit, a third-party form backend. FormSubmit receives the fields you typed so the message can reach levelup.nitsche@gmail.com. Their own privacy terms apply to that transmission. After we receive a request, we may also store a lead row in our operations database so the job is not lost in an inbox.
Client Portal
The Client Portal is a signed-in account for owners and invited homeowners. It is not a public marketing page. Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Google authenticates you; we receive the account email and basic profile details needed to match you to an owner role or a customer invite. Property addresses, job history, and membership notes live in our Supabase project so the crew can see the same record you see.
Do not put payment card numbers in portal notes. Online checkout is not live. Membership changes are handled by phone.

If how we handle information changes in a material way, we will update this page and the “last updated” date. For service questions, use the quote form or return to the homepage.
